INVESTOR RELATIONS

Investment community. Marketing public companies to all or appropriate segments,
including buy and sell-side analysts, portfolio and mutual fund managers, other institutional representatives, money managers, major stock brokers, trading floor specialists and market-makers. Our marketing tactics may take the form of individual introductions to the company and subsequent meetings with management; presentations to groups of analysts and/or institutions; pro-active pursuit of research reports and Wall Street sponsorship.

Financial Media. Both broadcast, print and web. Our aim is to generate positive
ongoing coverage of the company by influential media via interviews, press releases, and inclusion in industry roundup stories.

Trade Media. Coverage in leading trade magazines is critical to influencing the
investment community. Further, distribution of reprints can be a valuable marketing tactic, to shareholders as well. Not only do we want to attract new, quality investors, we also want to minimize selling by existing shareholders.

Shareholders. We can take full responsibility for annual and quarterly reports and
other communications to shareholders or serve as editors and/or production supervisors. We also assist management in preparation for annual meetings and shareholder presentations.

Corporate raiders. We can draw from an arsenal of proven weapons to help a
company ward off unwanted suitors - quickly.
